Jenny has a wealth of experience in business management, from running a manufacturing company through to an interim role as Managing Director of a homecare business. As a qualified Thomas International psychometric profiling consultant, Jenny also enjoys developing people and seeing them flourish as they grow. Her role as Head of Systems and Development allows her to bring together all of her skills, helping to shape the future proposition of Right at Home UK – a very exciting prospect.

“I believe people are the most important part of any business and what we in the Systems and Development team do is facilitate our people by helping them to improve what they do, providing them with the right tools for the job – both in terms of clear processes and technology. When I’m not at work I like to be outdoors as much as possible. I live in sight of the Brecon Beacons and take advantage of my stunning surroundings as often as possible."
