Meet new and old friends at activities and social gatherings held at the Church of the Good Shepherd.
Practical and fun activities that keep your mind, body and soul active!
Mondays (term time only and not including Bank Holidays) 10:30am - 1.30pm. Session fee is £5 which includes a sandwich lunch.
There's also their Drop in cafe on Wednesdays 9:30-12 midday.

Jigsaw Theatre Company
Theatre company for adults with disabilities - Led by users, this group aspires to artistic excellence. Term time only. Offer a free taster session, please contact directly for the most up-to-date information.
Started in 1987 Jigsaw offers disabled people the chance to work with others, discover and learn more about what they can do and what they might like to do more of.
Jigsaw also runs acting, dance and voice workshops for its actors and others, as well as workshop leader training.
The Group meets every Tuesday from 1pm to 3:30 p.m. during term time at Queens Park Arts Centre, Aylesbury.
Re-Engage is the only national charity solely dedicated to tackling loneliness and social isolation amongst older people.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that focuses on flexibility, strength, balance and mindfulness, delivered by an expert instructor. The session can be adapted to your level of ability, and you will not be asked to do any movements/exercises you cannot do or are not comfortable with.
