Anna

Anna is our Quality Manager. Her role is to carry out reviews with our clients and their family members to ensure that our services at least meet and hopefully exceed expectations. She also assists Hollie with scheduling calls and generally lending a hand as required. Anna says ‘My role is all about keeping our services at the highest quality and helping our clients achieve the outcomes they want.
