RightCare 2020 Results

Our RightCare 2020 survey results have just come in. We are delighted to see what our clients and CareGivers actually think of the homecare services Right at Home Basingstoke provide and what it’s like to work for us. The survey is conducted confidentially by an external agency on our behalf. The results are scrupulously checked and compiled into a report to inform us what we’re doing well and what we could do better.

The picture above is a graphic showing just how well much our services are appreciated by lovely clients with 100% of them saying they’re CareGivers are well matched, make them feel safe, would recommend the services of Right at Home and most importantly make a positive difference to their lives !

The CareGiver team has seen a few changes over the past 12 months. This survey includes a few of our newer CareGivers that started at the beginning of the year. They love their roles and are keen to develop further and look forward to more training.

We are keen to build on the feedback we have received and will be analysing the reports received in more detail. We will draw up an action plan to make the tweaks needed to bring us up to the 100% across the board we aspire to!

9.9 Independent Client Rating

The RightCare survey results have also been backed up by the latest Homecare.co.uk rating. This saw us reach a fantastic 9.9 out of 10. Right at Home Basingstoke has topped the Homecare.co.uk ratings as the number one care agency in Basingstoke and the surrounding area for the last few years. Reaching 9.9 out of 10 is an achievement we are rightly very proud of. This is down to the focus of all involved in the care of our clients.

One of our most recent reviewers wrote the following – ‘I could not have wished for a better support system, a friendly voice at the end of the phone whenever things got difficult, or a cheery face for Mum when she was struggling. The carers would often go out of their way to ensure Mum was comfortable and had everything she needed. I cannot praise the team enough in every aspect of Mum’s care and would not hesitate in recommending them. We would not have managed without them. Many many thanks.’

Comments like this represent the standard we strive to achieve in our dealings with all our clients and their families.
