Service Excellence Award win 2020

Right at Home Basingstoke was delighted to pick up the Inspire 2020 Service Excellence Award at the virtual awards ceremony held in December 2020.
The award judges were impressed by Right at Home Basingstoke’s focus on delivering a homecare service that exceeded expectations in all areas. Right at Home Basingstoke’s Managing Director, Kevin Smith, proudly talked the judges through feedback received from the following sources :-
- Independently verified client feedback rating the business as the highest rated in the Basingstoke area versus other homecare companies on Homecare.co.uk standing at 9.9/10.
- Output from an independently operated customer research survey confirming 100% satisfaction across a host of client satisfaction measures. These included feeling clients feeling safe; clients feeling that CareGivers were well matched to their needs and finally that they would recommend Right at Home Basingstoke’s services to others.
- Collated ad hoc feedback from clients and their next of kin via e-mails, telephone calls and notes thanking the team for work they’ve done. This includes going the extra mile to make a difference to them or their loved ones, treating them with such kindness and consideration and their attention to small details that make all the difference.
- Rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the regulator of Health and Social Care, the Care Quality Commission. Right at Home Basingstoke is currently the only homecare provider rated Outstanding in the Basingstoke area.
All of these went to demonstrate the focus the company has on making sure its clients are listened to and their experience of the service at least meets or indeed exceeds their expectations.
Organised by Destination Basingstoke, the awards were open to businesses operating in north east Hampshire and covering Basingstoke & Deane, Rushmoor, Hart and Test Valley Council areas.
