WorkBuzz Survey Results - Right at Home Basingstoke

2023's independent and confidential survey results have arrived. Once again, the results detail what our Clients and CareGivers really think of Right at Home Basingstoke. Pleasingly, results continue to be exceptionally positive.

Client Feedback 

Clients continue to highly rate our services with an 88% approval across a range of measures including making the feel safe, making a difference to them every day and, a good understanding of their care needs. Very importantly, 100% of those surveyed agreed that their CareGivers are caring, treat them with respect and are trustworthy.

We have improved in a number of measures from the previous years survey with 100% of responses agreeing their carers go above and beyond to make sure they get the support they need.

CareGiver Feedback

The outstanding CareGiver feedback made us very proud. Our team rated Right at Home Basingstoke 99% on a host of measures including:-

• Understanding what is expected of them
• Have access to all the training needed to do their job well
• Would rate the initial training as good or excellent
• Would recommend Right at Home Basingstoke's services
• Are proud to work for Right at Home

The ratings resulted in Right at Home Basingstoke achieving the Workbuzz 5 Star Employer rating - a fantastic achievement and placing us in the top echelons of Homecare Agency employers.

We will now be taking time to analyse the results in more detail to produce a plan looking at where we can improve further.
