Care Compliance

Georgia
Hi everyone! I’m Georgia.
I’ve worked in the care industry for the past 12 years, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs - from elderly care and dementia support to complex care and disability services. This experience has given me a wealth of knowledge and, more importantly, a continued eagerness to grow and learn.
I first joined Right at Home in 2021 as a CareGiver and was proud to progress into a Senior CareGiver role. Providing high-quality, person-centred care has always been my passion — and I strive to meet each individual’s needs with compassion, respect, and the highest standards.
In 2023, I moved to Scotland and took on a role in a hospital setting, caring for adults with disabilities. While I gained valuable experience, I quickly realised that environment wasn’t the right fit for me. I often found myself telling others how amazing Right at Home was, and how much I enjoyed being part of the team.
Fast forward two years — I’m so happy to be back with the company in a new role, ready to keep learning and growing while staying committed to delivering outstanding care.
I look forward to meeting you all!
