Hi! My name is Jemma. 

I began my career with Right at home in February 2022. I started with the company as a CareGiver, which quickly saw me taking on the role of Senior CareGiver and more recently moving into the role of Care Compliance Officer. 

I live in Little Baddow with my partner Matt, our 3 children aged 16-9, our Labrador Luca & 4 guinea pigs!! 

Before joining Right At Home I had almost 20 years experience in care, including complex spinal injury care, learning disabilities, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson’s & elderly care. 

Care and compassion are very important to me both in my professional and private life so a career in care was always natural to me. I have always had a passion for helping people and providing the best standard of care possible, working with person-centered values at every step. Having had a long career providing care it was a natural progression for me to step into the office side of things to give my old knees a rest!
