All of our CareGivers are selected because they genuinely want to make a difference to people’s lives in their local community.
Our CareGivers all undergo thorough background checks prior to being signed off. They are trained in-house by our expert trainers before being sent on shadowing calls with experienced CareGivers.
It is only when our CareGivers are both competent and confident that they are signed off to work alone supporting our wonderful Clients. The training process is not a one off event though - we are regularly refreshing training for the whole team to make sure we are operating to current best practice.
We have a strong values-based culture which is embedded right from the first phone call in our recruitment process. We maintain high standards partly because we have regular staff observtions, however the CareGiving team has high expections for themselves so they are driving the high standard culture independently.
