Secondly we tailor our induction process to each individual. Some new starters have tonnes of experience, some have none. For new team members who need a little more time getting used to the way we work then we provide that support. Only when you are ready do we sign you off. You’ll have a buddy during the first weeks to bounce things off and check on things. You won’t feel alone.

Thirdly, our Clients! They are wonderful and often have really interesting stories to tell. They will be appreciative of what you do for them. What you give you get back in spades.

Yes of course! Your career path is something we take seriously, where do you want to go? We will support you to get there. We have team events & regular team meetings online so you will feel part of the team. You have a voice – if you have an idea, share it. We are passionate about dementia care and support some wonderful Clients with dementia. We have lots of additional training opportunities and much much more still!
