Bushey is an ever growing suburban town consisting of a number of well-reputed schools, churches, Bushey synagogue, plenty of beautiful parks with a quaint variety of Restaurants, shops and cafes. Bushey Heath’s 18th century history is full of tales of thieves, highwaymen and even murder! Highway men have been known to lurk on the road from Bushey Heath to Stanmore, ready to pounce on the dozens of caravans that passed through Bushey Heath daily, carrying money from trade in London.
