Parkstone is split between two areas, Upper Parkstone and Lower Parkstone. Upper Parkstone features the shopping district of Ashley Road, end to end with shops and takeaways of all kinds. Lower Parkstone is highlighted by Ashley Cross, a green area in the centre where they hold many events throughout the year. Both areas are easy to access using either buses straight through or taking a train to Branksome or Parkstone Stations. 

A fantastic new restaurant in Ashley Cross that many of our clients have enjoyed having lunch in is The Britannia.  If you're a bit unsure about receiving our Outstanding home care services, we could start with a little trip out.

On one end of Ashley Road is the Constitution Hill Sea View Point with views over Poole Bay, Poole Quay, Brownsea Island and beyond. On the other end, heading into Branksome is the Redlands Retail Park containing John Lewis, Homebase, Decathlon, Pets at Home, Hobbycraft, a absollutely massive Boots store, a Gym and many more. On Ashley Road, you will find Branksome Library for our clients who are avid readers. 

Within Lower Parkstone, along Bournemouth Road, some of our clients and carers enjoy going to The Grasshopper for a good pub lunch. Located just off Springfield Road in Ashley Cross is the Allen Valley Milk filling station with fresh milk and flavoured milk. A secret garden can also be found on Danecourt Road.
