My name is Marie Gower I worked in London for several years, then after having children wanted to work closer to home. I started my career in care around 10 years ago working as a domiciliary care giver. I have worked my way from Carer to Field Care Officer, Care Coordinator and Care Manager. I now quite proudly sit as Registered Manager at Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering.
By working my way through different care roles, I have found that I am able to manage, train and provide the best possible care in the safest and well led way in which all our clients carers deserve.
Care is my passion and my career, it’s not just a job. For me, it is vital to ensure that our care team and our clients always feel supported. For our staff we have an “open door” policy as communication is key to provide safe and high quality care at all times.
