Quizzes and Games keep us active

A lovely group today at our Keeping Active session in Billericay.  The group is run by Carers from Right at Home Billericay, helping them with career progression but more importantly Making a Difference to people in the town who are living with dementia.  Quizzes and games, plus tea and cake – nothing better on a Wednesday morning!
