Trainee Field Care Supervisor, Right at Home Bristol

As a teenager, I had a family member who suffered from a chronic illness, watching the struggles and the pain made me pursue a career in healthcare.

While I was at University, I started my first job as a care assistant and after graduation decided to apply for other jobs within healthcare, it wasn't long before I was offered a job at a hospital as an Admissions Officer. Working almost two years at the hospital made me realize that an office job was not fulfilling anymore. What drew me to care is the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Homecare provides a challenging and dynamic work environment that requires me to learn and grow. Right at Home is supporting me to progress in my career by providing me with a wide variety of training opportunities. 

I have been with Right at Home since February 2024, I started as a full-time caregiver and in April 2024, was promoted to Trainee Field Care Supervisor.
