Care Manager- Staff, Right at Home Bristol

I have been in the care industry since August 2023 at Right At Home. I started in a full time Caregiver role and in February 2024, I was promoted to Care Manager. It was lovely to be approached about the role and I was really happy to be given the opportunity. 

Previously to this, I was a Technical Complaint Manager for 10 years working with drivers with disabilities and vehicle conversions. I have also worked in travel, customer service and recruitment. I also attended music college back in the day!

I have over 10 years experience in care as I was providing unpaid care for my parents, alongside working full time. So this really helped me have an interest in joining the industry, as a change of career path. Providing a high level of care is something I am very passionate about.

My favourite thing about the role is meeting new people, finding out all about their lives and past. I also have a passion for helping people with dementia.
