Trainee Field Care Supervisor, Right at Home Bristol

I started my career in care 8 years ago, where I cared for children and young people, and ran my own business. I have experience in looking after young people with special needs which helps me in the role that I have now. Around a year ago I decided I would like to move on in my care career and that’s when I applied for a Caregiver role with Right at Home. I honestly have to say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I have absolutely loved my job. I was lucky enough to gain a promotion with the Company and I am now a Trainee Field Care Supervisor.

It has opened my eyes as to what is involved in providing care to our client’s and I love the fact that we as a company are committed to not only providing excellent care but promoting independence and helping our client remain in their homes, which is where they want to be.

I know that care work is where my passion lies and where I belong. The team I work with at Right at Home are great and I look forward to helping them continue the excellent service we provide.
