Right at Home Bristol Opens NEW Dementia Friendly Coffee Morning!
We are very excited to have teamed up with We are BS15 to enable us to offer a Dementia Friendly Coffee Morning!
Starting Wednesday 11th September at The Beacon Cafe, Hanham and running most Wednesdays throughout the year.
From this group you can expect fun, laughter, activities, entertainment, good coffee and delicious cakes, with trained caregivers on hand for additional support and encouragement.
"We are proud to invest in the Young at Heart Coffee Morning because we know first-hand how vital socialising is for reducing isolation and loneliness, and also promoting and encouraging independence.
With years of experience we have seen the profound impact of community interaction on overall well-being. We look forward to meeting you at our Coffee Morning and becoming a part of this vibrant community initiative in Hanham.

There will also be a carers support group running alongside this on the first Wednesday of every month (run by Carers Support Centre), these groups offer carers the chance to connect with others in similar situations, share experiences and provide mutual support. The first Carers Support Group will be on Wednesday 2nd October.
