“When I was at school, two very close family members were taken ill. Seeing the care and support they received, and the difference it made, I immediately knew I wanted a job where I could make a positive impact- Although I was unsure what this may be. At 18, I became a carer and knew instantly I was in a job that I loved.

Being able to provide support to others, the way my family received, is an honour and a privilege. I pride myself on delivering person-centred care and support and working in partnership to help others meet their goals. Ensuring that clients and staff feel supported is extremely important to me.

Over the years I worked my way up from a CareGiver, to Assistant Care Manager and now the Care Co-Ordinator at Right at home, in a role that I am passionate about.
