Why Trust Our CareGivers in Bisley?
For our team, providing homecare is a calling rather than a job. Many of our CareGivers have looked after their own family members, so they understand the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with seeking support for someone you love. They bring this compassion and personal insight to every visit.
- Dedicated Training – Our CareGivers receive thorough, ongoing training tailored to individual needs and challenges.
- Focus on Building Relationships – We look for shared interests between CareGivers and Clients, ensuring each visit feels like a catch-up with a trusted friend.
- Local Knowledge – Familiarity with Bisley means we can help Clients stay engaged with the community. Some may enjoy a stroll through Bisley Rec, while others might be interested in local events at the Bisley Village Hall. Our CareGivers can even chat about the heritage of the Bisley Rifle Association, which often sparks stories and fond memories for our local Clients.
Families often tell us how small gestures—like a CareGiver remembering exactly how someone takes their tea—can make a big difference in brightening an ordinary day.
Support for Families
We know firsthand how challenging it can be to arrange care for someone who’s always been there for you. That’s why our service extends to supporting you and your family:
- Regular Updates – We keep you in the loop about how visits are going, so you’re never left wondering.
- Flexibility – If health needs change, we’re ready to adapt the care plan quickly.
- Open Communication – Our team is always just a phone call away, whether you have a query or need a bit of reassurance.
By offering attentive and friendly support, we aim to give you peace of mind.
Claire Clark | Daughter of Client - Camberley & Woking"Right at Home have taken care of both my parents for over a year now. We found them via a recommendation from a neighbour and employed them to help when caring for my mother became too much for my father alone. I honestly can't praise them all highly enough, every carer really does care and has gone above the call of duty to help in so many extra ways from preparing shopping lists, taking items to hospital when either parent had a stay, collecting prescriptions or just being there and lending a ear. It has been so reassuring they are properly cared for as I live quite a distance away. I will miss my angels as I know my parents will as they now need to move to a home. Thanks for everything."
Why Choose Right at Home Camberley & Woking?
Person-Centred Approach
We recognise everyone’s life story is different. Our care plans reflect what matters to you or your loved one—favourite hobbies, daily habits, and personal preferences.
Respect and Independence
Even small tasks like choosing what to wear or helping make a cup of tea can boost self-confidence and autonomy. We encourage Clients to stay involved in their own routines.
One-Hour Minimum Visits
We don’t believe in rushing. Having at least an hour ensures we can address both practical tasks and emotional needs, all while enjoying a friendly chat.
Continuity of Care
Whenever possible, we pair Clients with the same CareGivers. Familiarity puts everyone at ease and helps build genuine, long-lasting relationships.
Local Values Backed by a National Brand
We are a local company that takes pride in our local values. Our care professionals live in the area. However, we are also part of the wider Right at Home network, which means we have access to award-winning training and the collective support of homecare experts, allowing us to stay up-to-date with the best practices.
FAQ's
Are CareGiver's insured and checked?
Yes. Every CareGiver is a Right at Home employee. To help ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance and then cover each CareGiver with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Will I have a choice of who comes into my home?
Yes. We encourage your involvement in the decision-making process and with our proprietary screening and selection system. You can rest assured that we do our best to take the guesswork out of matching the right CareGiver to you and your family.
However, you must be satisfied. We’ll never send a CareGiver who doesn’t meet your needs, and we’ll always accommodate any requests you may have for a change in CareGivers.
What are the costs of your services?
Every family we serve receives a Personal Care Plan specific to their needs and budget. Several factors help determine the exact cost:
- Number of hours of care per week
- Level of homecare services received (non-medical, personal care, etc.)
- Area of the country where services are provided
Our services are typically billed on an hourly basis. To discuss the exact rates for the services you may need, contact our office. We’ll set up an in-home consultation to begin discussing a Personal Care Plan and the rates for each service on your plan.
We always provide a written rate sheet prior to initiating services. Rates will never be increased without at least thirty days’ notice.
How is the privacy of my personal information maintained?
Your information is never sold to a third party under any circumstances. In fact, only the office personnel and CareGivers who are directly involved in your services will have access to information related to the care of your loved one.
