Trainee Care Administrator & Enquires Executive

Kirsten joined Right at Home in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of care experience that perfectly aligns with her role as a Care Administrator.

Now being a Care Administrator, Kirsten "assists the Registered Manager with updating care plans, adding/ removing medication from MAR charts, ad hoc bits and pieces as and when required such as scanning paperwork etc.. ". She plays a significant role in handling all phone calls including enquiries.

For Kirsten, the most fulfilling aspect of her job is "the atmosphere, people, and clients, who are all so kind - making the company feel like one big family which is great."
