A little bit about Toni:

As well as being a wonderful CareGiver for the Camberley and Woking team, Toni actually has other full-time commitments... she is a project manager for the Railway, and prior to that she was the events manager! Dedicated to helping others, Toni has heaps of experience as she has always had a part time role as a CareGiver and has done for 15 years! Her bubbly personality is noticeable in any room she goes in, and her hard work is aspirational.

What motivated you to pursue a career in caregiving?

I love to help others and see them smile.

What does a typical day look like for you?

Work, gym, cook, sleep.

What do you enjoy or find most rewarding about your role?

Seeing clients smile.

Can you share a memorable moment or achievement that you have experienced as a caregiver?

Having someone say that “they don't feel old” talking to me. That made my day!

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?

When you feel like your nothing in this world, remember you are somebody’s everything.

What’s your favourite thing about working with your colleagues?

Laughing with them.
