5* WorkBuzz 2022 Award

Right at Home Camberley & Woking is the proud recipient of a 5* Employer Award for the third year. This award followed the network’s annual anonymised Carer Satisfaction Survey results, administered by independent research company, WorkBuzz.
19 Carers took part in the Satisfaction Survey and highlights from the report include:
- 100% of Carers said they were proud to work for Right at Home
- 100% of Carers said they would recommend Right at Home to their friends and family
One Carer said of the Right at Home team “Supportive and we're all 1 big family, we listen to each other”. Another said she appreciated “the friendly team of carers that we have and the family feel of the office.”
Speaking on the results of the Carer Satisfaction Survey, Bob Thornton, Managing Director of Right at Home Camberley & Woking said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive the coveted WorkBuzz 5* Employer Award for the third year. We pride ourselves on providing high quality homecare services and this can only be provided by high quality Carers. We are so proud of our team of Carers and aim to encourage, develop and support them through every level of their careers with us.”
Right at Home also carries out an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to enable continuous improvement in their homecare services. This year, 14 Clients who receive care from Right at Home Camberley & Woking took part in the survey with some outstanding results, including:
- 100% of Clients agreed that their Carers were caring and treated them with respect
- 100% of Clients felt that their Carers made a positive difference to their lives
Clients were also able to leave comments with feedback on the care they receive, and their Carers. One Client commented:
“Because the care I have had has been excellent. The girls are always so cheerful and pleasant. It's a pleasure to see them.”
Another Client said: “ Excellent standard of care, and all the Carers have gone above and beyond in so many ways.”
Bob Thornton, Managing Director, said of the Client Satisfaction Survey:
“I am so pleased our Clients feel we make a positive difference to their lives. Both the office staff and Carers work hard to maintain our high standards of care, and it is lovely to know it is appreciated.”
