The business was named a 5* Employer following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz ninety members of staff completed the survey, which saw 99% of employees being proud to work for Right at Home and everyone surveyed would rate our training as good or excellent.
Right at Home supports Clients across Cardiff & Newport and the surroundings areas. It offers a wide range of services to enable people to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their own home. Services include companionship, personal care and meal preparation, through to specialist dementia care and 24-hour live-in care.
