Meet Our Finalist: Holly Jones
Holly Jones has been a part of the care industry for over a decade, driven by her passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives every day. Her journey at Right at Home has been nothing short of inspiring.

Starting with coordinating a small company with 500 hours of care, Holly has since expanded her horizons. She now holds the prestigious title of Operations Director for one of the largest and highest-quality care providers in our region. Her accomplishments don't stop there.

In addition to her role at Right at Home, Holly ventured into opening a second business, where she oversees all four territories.

Holly's commitment to mentorship is commendable, having guided several team members into senior management positions. Holly's journey is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and the impact she has made on the social care landscape.

The Awards Ceremony
As a finalist in the Talent Development category, Holly is invited to the grand awards ceremony where the category winners will be unveiled. The awards ceremony promises to be an unforgettable evening of recognition and celebration, taking place on November 21st at The London Marriott Grosvenor Square. The event will be hosted by the well-known Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh, with entertainment provided by Magic.
