This week I attended the Right at Home Annual Conference, along with 50 other franchisees. During the two days many topics were discussed, including the delivery of best practice in home care. For the fourth consecutive year we were awarded the ‘Annualised Sales Award’ and we were also presented with the ‘Key Milestone Achievement Award’ for delivering 3000 care hours per week.
I couldn’t be prouder of the entire team here at both Cardiff and Newport; thank you for all your hard work and dedication, without you we wouldn’t have achieved all that we have. Here’s to the next 12 months and the prospects it may bring!
