Here is a letter that the Minister for Health and Social Services and Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services has written this week to the social care workforce.
Irrespective of whether someone works for a provider of a large care home, a small or medium size domiciliary care provider, a community based social enterprise or an individual personal assistant and support service. We are all part of the social care family and deserve to see and be aware of Ministers’ continuing appreciation for everything we do.
The messages from everyone in the Welsh Government, from the Welsh Ministers and the officials that support them to everyone in the social care family is one of continuing gratitude.
The care, compassion, and commitment of the workforce is both incredible and humbling. We sincerely thank you for your dedicated work – Wales depends on you.
