The business, which faced stiff competition for the highly coveted The R’s Award (Recruitment, Retention and Recognition), was praised for its dedication to growing the business in terms of Client acquisition, as well as team members. Right At Home Cardiff and Newport has hired over 80 CareGivers in an eight-month period, with over 80% retention rate. Our Business Development Manager, Courtney, has built strong relationships in the community with the local council, colleges, universities as well as community groups to allow her to develop the business. We are extremely passionate about providing outstanding care and support that meets the individual needs of our Clients and I’m delighted that this has been recognised.
