As the Senior Management Team of a care business committed to equality and inclusivity, we want to state unequivocally that the racial injustices experienced by so many across the world, have no place in our society.

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and diverse network, but we also know that there is more to be done.

The devastating killing of George Floyd has brought racial inequality to the very forefront of our minds and we will be taking this time to listen and further educate ourselves and the wider Right at Home family, on the injustices people are continuing to face every day. We will also explore ways in which we can make a difference in the communities we serve and play our part to support much-needed change, as this can only be brought about by a cohesive and collective effort.
