Greetings! I'm Olivia Cheetham, the Recruitment Coordinator at Right at Home since October 13, 2020. With over four years in the care sector, I've discovered that being a 'people person' is at the heart of everything I do.

Finding the right people to join our team, ensuring no two days are the same, and feeling the rewarding nature of my work are what I live for.

Living in Cheadle Hulme with my three children, I balance my professional passions with the joys of motherhood, time with friends, and horse riding. Each day is a new opportunity to make a difference at home and in the work I'm so proud to be a part of.

On a deserted island, a lighter would be my chosen companion, symbolising the spark of potential in everyone we meet.

My two cats, Sergio and Simba, add warmth and comfort to my life and remind me of the importance of care, companionship, and community.
