CHICHESTER MAYOR VIRTUALLY OPENED NEW CARE PROVIDER OFFICE
Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis opened their new office on the 4th January. They will be providing homecare services across the region and creating 20 new jobs in 2021
Up to 20 new jobs are being created in the Chichester & Bognor Regis area, staffing a quality homecare service that supports independent living.
Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis will provide highly personalised care services for older people and adults living with disabilities.
Owner and Managing Director, Natalie-Jane East is in the process of building a team of compassionate, committed, and highly-trained CareGivers to deliver great support and companionship services within people’s homes.
Natalie-Jane East, a local Mum of two / former Operations Director, said: “I decided to open Right at Home Chichester after I realised the huge growing need for reliable, top quality in-home care that promotes people’s independence and is delivered in the ‘right way’ – with dignity and respect and a holistic approach to someone’s well-being.
Natalie-Jane said her business will pride itself on investing in its staff.
“This is not a minimum wage role,” she said. “We’re looking for people with a dedicated and reliable approach, who take pride in helping others and are looking for a rewarding job role where they will be valued and well-supported.
“Applicants do not need to have previous experience in the care sector, as all our staff complete a comprehensive training package, which includes as much mentoring and shadowing as they need, in order to feel confident supporting Clients in their homes.
“We are looking for both full time and part time additions to the team and will strive to offer regular yet flexible working hours, as well as opportunities to build a career in quality care.”
The private care at home market is growing fast, due to the ageing population, people’s desire to carry on living in their own homes as long as possible and the growing pressure on services delivered by Social Services.
