Amy Smith

• Amy Smith is the Client Care Manager at Right at Home Chippenham, where she oversees client care with compassion and dedication, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality service tailored to their needs. She first joined the company as a CareGiver and, due to her exceptional performance and commitment, was promoted to Client Care Manager after just six months.

• After taking a brief break from the care industry, Amy realised her passion for this work and found that Right at Home’s ethos truly resonated with her. She values the flexibility that Right at Home Chippenham offers, allowing her to balance her professional responsibilities with her family life while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those she cares for.

• She looks after her own portfolio of clients for their day-to-day needs, liaises with healthcare professionals and conducts quality assurance meetings with clients and their next of kin. As well as this, Amy spends half her week delivering care to her clients.
