Caroline Evans

• Caroline joined us as our Registered Manager, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for quality. She is responsible for the day to day running of our care services, overseeing the office team and supporting the care team, to ensure our people get the support, training, guidance and development they require, and in turn to ensure clients get the very best level of homecare. 
• Caroline is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensures we maintain the highest levels of compliance and quality.
• Received the prestigious Registered Manager of the Year Award 2024 at Right at Home UK.
• Caroline successfully completed her NVQ Level 5 in 2020, highlighting her dedication to professional growth and outstanding care leadership.

Why did you join Right at Home?

Why did you get into care? 

“I first started working in care because I wanted to be able to make a difference in people’s lives; in starting this career I have found it to be the most fulfilling and satisfying thing that I could do. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
