Chrispen Nyamandwe

• Chrispen, our Senior CareGiver, brings a wealth of experience in the Health and Care sector to the team. Joining us initially as a CareGiver, he quickly earned a promotion to a senior role due to his dedication and professionalism.
• In his role, Chrispen oversees a portfolio of clients, primarily in the Melksham area, ensuring their daily living tasks are met with care and attention. As a Senior CareGiver, he interacts closely with all stakeholders in the client’s care network, including families and fellow CareGivers, fostering a supportive and collaborative approach to each client’s well-being.

Why did you get into care?
