Crystal Burberry

• Crystal is our Client Care Manager at Right at Home Chippenham, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from her many years in the care industry. She joined us following a brief break from the care sector, feeling renewed in her passion for helping others and ensuring top-quality care for our clients.

• She looks after her own portfolio of clients for their day-to-day needs, liaises with healthcare professionals and conducts quality assurance meetings with clients and their next of kin. As well as this, Crystal spends half her week delivering care to her clients.

Why did you get into care? 

“I returned to the care industry because I am deeply committed to ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. My goal is to make a positive difference in their daily lives.”
