4th Anniversary of Right at Home Chippenham

The Right at Home Chippenham doors officially opened in March 2019, our Managing Director Jack started the business with a clear goal of creating 200 quality careers for people in our local community, and to provide the support for our clients that he would expect for his loved ones.

Over the first six months, the framework of the business was built, processes and policies created, and Care Quality Commission regulatory approval was granted. In the following months of the business, our first CareGivers joined the team and began to support our very first clients in the Chippenham area. As time went on, both the office team and field care team grew, with each person having that true desire to make a difference, on a part or full time basis. 

After just one year of being open, COVID-19 hit the Globe, which impacted everyone but especially those who were vulnerable such as our clients. However, the efforts of our incredible team who worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, were able to ensure that our clients received the care, companionship and support they needed. For this unwavering commitment to our wonderful clients, we could not be prouder of them. 

Through 2020 and 2021 we expanded out of the Chippenham area and were able to support clients in the Malmesbury, Calne, and Melksham areas, and our team grew to a team of 40+! 

In 2022 we made the decision to change the way we structure our service, to ensure that each member of our team and each client receives the highest possible levels of support at all times, and we introduced our regions. Each geographic region of the business is now run separately which means that we are able to offer high levels of continuity to our clients and work closer to home for each of our team members. 

Now in 2023, we are pleased to say that as a team we have supported clients with over 100,000 hours of care, and have enabled over 150 people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. 

We are extremely excited for another year of Right at Home Chippenham and can’t wait to see what we can achieve with our team over the next 12 months, which will see us create 40 jobs in Health & Social Care, with great rates of pay, unrivalled support & continuous development.
