Celebrating 5 Years of Service: Right at Home Chippenham’s Journey and Achievements

We are thrilled to celebrate our 5th anniversary at Right at Home Chippenham! Over the past five years, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to our community, and we are proud of the impact we have made in the lives of our Clients, their families, and our CareGivers and team members.
Our Achievements Over the Last 5 Years:
- Completed Over 200,000 Care Visits: Since opening, we have conducted over 200,000 care visits, supporting our Clients with the compassionate care they deserve.
- 400+ Clients Helped: We have provided care and support to more than 400 Clients, ensuring they can live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
- Clinical Care Programme Enrolment: Over 30 of our CareGivers have enrolled in our Clinical Care Programme, enhancing their skills to provide even better care to our Clients.
- Created 50+ Jobs: We have grown our team by creating over 50 jobs, offering valuable employment opportunities within our community.
- Career Advancement Opportunities: We have helped 11 team members advance their careers by becoming Train the Trainer certified, enabling them to pass on their knowledge and skills to others.
- New Roles and Career Advancement: We introduced the ‘Client Care Manager’ role to create new career opportunities within our organisation, which led to Amy Purps' well-deserved promotion to Deputy Service Manager.
As we reflect on these accomplishments, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible team, our Clients, and the local community for their ongoing support. Together, we’ve built a caring and dedicated service that continues to grow and evolve.
