Career Progression Spotlight: Caroline’s Journey

Caroline began her career in care 12 years ago as a CareGiver, embracing each opportunity to grow her skills and advance.

Today, as our Registered Manager, she brings extensive knowledge and passion to Right at Home Chippenham, overseeing care services,  supporting our team, and ensuring clients receive the highest quality homecare. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Caroline upholds the highest standards of care and compliance. Her dedication was recognised with the prestigious Registered Manager of the Year Award 2024.

Amy Purps’ Journey in Care

Amy started as a Care Assistant eight years ago, building her skills and expertise in homecare management. Her dedication and passion for exceptional client support shine through in everything she does.

Joining Right at Home Chippenham as a Client Care Manager, Amy has advanced to Deputy Service Manager, where she oversees client care, ensures compliance, and leads our client care team—both in the office and out in the field.
