The CQC’s report highlighted our significant improvements across all areas of our service. Our professional caregivers are well-supported with regular supervision and training, and our electronic care planning system allows Clients and their families to access visit times and review care plans, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Clients and their families feel safe with our service, trusting our caregivers to understand and meet their needs. Our staff work closely with GPs and maintain regular communication with Clients and their families to ensure health needs are met effectively. Our caregivers are well-versed in medication protocols and consistently deliver high standards of care.
