What roles are available?
As a CareGiver at Right at Home Chippenham, you will work closely with vulnerable adults and make a big difference to their quality of life. Many of our careers involve working closely with these adults. These roles include CareGivers, Team Leaders and Care Managers. Our CareGiver roles have many different types of care to choose from such as days, nights, and live-in care.
What are the benefits of a working in care?
There are many benefits to being a CareGiver with us. The flexible hours allow you to keep to your other commitments and find a schedule that works well for you. You are also surrounded by a supportive group of colleagues and have a dedicated Care Manager and Team Leader who will provide you with on-going support. Do I need any experience?
No experience is necessary to become a CareGiver with us as we provide full and comprehensive training. We introduce you to any new clients, so that you can build a rapport and learn more about their preferences. We also have 24/7 support for you, just a call away.
What will I do as a CareGiver?
As a CareGiver, you will visit clients' homes to provide them with support to enable them to remain independent. These tasks include personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and companionship. Many of our clients are excited for their visits and love to have chat.
