Right at Home 'Making Wishes Come True' – Pauline’s Special Day Out

At Right at Home Derby & East Staffs, we love making our clients feel extra special, and our 'Making Wishes Come True' initiative is all about creating cherished memories. For February, we were delighted to grant Pauline’s wish, and from the moment she found out, she couldn’t contain her excitement!

Pauline was so overjoyed to have been chosen that she carefully laid out her favourite ‘Sunday best’ outfit, proudly telling her CareGivers what she would be wearing for her special day. When the day finally arrived, she looked absolutely radiant and elegant, ready for a wonderful experience.

Her wish was to visit her local garden centre for a leisurely wander with her lovely CareGiver, Lauren. Together, they took in the sights and smells of the beautiful flowers and plants, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and friendly chats along the way. But the special moments didn’t stop there.

Pauline and Lauren were then treated to a delightful afternoon tea in the café, where they indulged in a delicious selection of sweet and savoury treats. The joy on Pauline’s face said it all - this was a day to remember.

To top off the experience, Pauline enjoyed a stylish ride home with the top down, looking every bit the film star. With the wind in her hair and a beaming smile, she truly made the most of every moment.

It was a privilege to make this wish come true, and seeing Pauline’s happiness was a reminder of why these moments are so important. Thank you, Pauline, for letting us be part of your special day!
