Anja Spittal

I have worked in the care sector since the age of 17, starting as a care assistant and progressing quickly to become a coordinator.

More latterly, I was the Registered Manager for a Homecare services provider which I helped grow from a few hundred hours of care a week to just under 2,500. I am very proud of the fact that in our last inspection by the Care Inspectorate, the service was rated as Very Good!

I live in Fife with my partner and two sons. I also have a daughter who is no longer at home.

I am a self-confessed foodie who loves all sorts of cuisines from all around the world. Food is my passion. My partner is a lot less adventurous but he is a very good cook and will prepare for me meals that he wouldn't eat himself. That's lovely.

I am looking forward to helping Right at Home Dundee, Angus and North Fife grow into a brilliant Homecare service, supporting vulnerable adults so they can live independently in their own homes. I am very much bought into the high standards of care that Right at Home embraces and I love the companies' values which resonate a lot with me: TRUST - QUALITY - COMPASSION -RESPECT.
