4 new Care Assistants join the Right at Home family

We are delighted to announce the arrival of 4 new CareGivers to the Right at Home team in Dundee.

Alison, Doris, Sarah and Joanne have joined us and are undertaking an intensive 12-week induction programme involving classroom training, online training, shadowing as well as some hands on moving and handling, basic life support and medication administration. Thank you Alison for volunteering to be hoisted out of bed so that you could get a feel for what your Clients experience!

At the end of their induction, they will be able to deliver quality homecare for the elderly and other vulnerable adults in Dundee, Angus and North Fife.

Our CareGivers will continue to be offered a programme of supervisions and appraisals aimed at ensuring that they develop with Right at Home, not only in line with service requirements but also so that they can feel fulfilled in their roles. We wish them a long and enjoyable experience with us. We attach a great deal of importance to the team enjoying their interaction with us and with each other. Their wellbeing and mental health are a priority. We know that happy staff make our Clients smile!
