Starting as a CareGiver while she had a young child, Elsa's commitment to Right at Home only grew. She balanced her work with her studies, eventually earning a degree in Health and Social Care. This dedication was recognised when she was promoted to Care Co-ordinator.

Elsa's deep understanding of the company, its clients, and its staff made her the perfect choice for Registered Manager. In this role, she can ensure that Right at Home continues to deliver the high standards of care it's known for.

Elsa has continued to excel, advancing to the role of Operations Manager where she now leads both Right at Home East Lancs and Calderdale.
