Tracy has worked within the care industry for 20 years. She has extensive experience within a care homes setting from nursing care to acting as activities coordinator.
She holds NVQ 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and an NCF diploma in dementia. Tracy is also Right at Home’s Stroke Champion – this means she has had specialised training to support Clients and their families who have experienced a stroke.
Tracy, who loves spending time with her family and helping others, has a kind and gentle nature.
She says “I enjoy working at Right at Home, it’s my other “family” and I like the fact that the office staff still go out on care visits so we get to know all our clients well and understand their needs better.”
