Vicky started with Right at Home as part time CareGiver over 4 years ago. “I really enjoyed the job
and completed both level 2 and 3 QCF in Health and Social Care. Following this, I was promoted to Team Leader, a new role that I also enjoyed. I completed a further qualification and after several more courses became the in-house trainer.
“Now I work in the office full time. I have enjoyed all the roles I have worked in whilst at Right at Home and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to develop and learn new skills since starting.
