Career Advancement for Elsa

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Elsa to Operations Manager, overseeing operations in both East Lancs and Calderdale. Elsa previously served as Registered Manager at East Lancs.

Elsa began her career with Right at Home East Lancs in 2013 as a Caregiver, while simultaneously caring for her young daughter, Ava. Through her dedication and hard work, Elsa progressed to the role of Care Coordinator and ultimately to the position of Registered Manager. 

Elsa will now lead operations in both East Lancs and Calderdale, with a primary focus on ensuring that all care values are upheld and that the highest quality of service is consistently provided to our clients.

Elsa commented: "I am incredibly excited to join the Right at Home Calderdale team and work towards replicating the success we have achieved in East Lancs. This is a fantastic opportunity, and I am deeply grateful for everyone's support."
