Right at Home East Lancs collect donations for local children's charity CANW

This morning, we had the pleasure of delivering a collection of toys and selection boxes to Child Action Northwest. These generous gifts were kindly donated by our dedicated team and Right at Home East Lancashire.

Child Action Northwest is a local charity that works tirelessly to support children, adults, and families across the country. They provide ongoing assistance to ensure individuals and families receive the necessary help during challenging times.

These donations will ensure that children facing a difficult Christmas receive a gift to open on Christmas Day. 

Lisa Tomlinson, our Business Development & Community Engagement Officer, visited Child Action Northwest to meet with Georgie Murphy, their Fundraising & Events Lead (pictured left). Lisa delivered all the donated toys and selection boxes and learned more about how CANW supports those in need. As a local home care provider, supporting vulnerable adults to remain in their own home, we understand the importance of supporting our community and raising awareness for those who require assistance.

Georgia commented: "we really appreciate the support, local businesses have been amazing, and these donations will really help those in need have a better Christmas. This year we have 8000 more children to support."
