With a Level 2 qualification in care, Clare has developed the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her field. One of her most cherished responsibilities is caring for her mother every Wednesday, an experience that has deepened her understanding of the unique needs of older adults and strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate care.

As a senior team member, Clare plays a key role in ensuring the quality of care provided by conducting spot checks and assisting with office tasks to support the team’s operations. She takes pride in mentoring new team members, sharing her expertise, and contributing to the mission of delivering exceptional care. Clare’s dedication ensures that both clients and colleagues feel valued and supported.

Outside of her professional life, Clare finds joy in gardening and household tasks, which provide her with a sense of accomplishment and relaxation. She also enjoys taking her dog for regular walks, which helps her maintain a healthy work-life balance and keeps her energised. Recently, Clare has embraced the new role of grandmother, loving every moment of this special phase in her life.
