Clare M

Clare began her journey at Right at Home Enfield as an apprentice and has grown within the organisation since 2020. Now serving as a Care Coordinator, Clare's passion for elderly care is evident in every aspect of her role. She finds immense joy in meeting new clients and takes great pride in ensuring they receive the support they need to feel valued and respected in their own homes. For Clare, caring for the elderly is more than just a job; it’s a calling that allows her to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Her dedication to delivering compassionate, personalised care is reinforced through the strong relationships she builds with each client.

Clare's commitment to her role is deeply influenced by her personal experiences. She actively cares for her younger brother and sister, as well as supporting her grandparents at home, which has instilled in her a profound understanding of the unique needs of older adults. These experiences have honed Clare's empathy, patience, and understanding – qualities she brings to her professional responsibilities every day. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to feel loved and cared for, especially in their later years, and this belief drives her commitment to enhancing the quality of life for her clients.

Outside of work, Clare balances her caregiving responsibilities with a busy family life, which includes looking after her younger siblings and their beloved Blue Staffordshire. She also has a unique skill in sign language, enabling her to communicate effectively with clients who have hearing impairments. This ability not only enhances communication but also enriches her capacity to provide inclusive and empathetic care. Clare is deeply grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those she cares for and looks forward to continuing her journey of compassion and connection at Right at Home Enfield.
